Listen - I've got a bone to pick about the god-awful experience I had at your hotel, both last night, 1-17-2025, and today, 1-18-2025. Let me paint you a picture.It all started when my spouse and I decided to switch our flight plans and drive instead. Trying to be mature adults, we called up your hotel around 10:30 pm on the 17th to let you know our timings had changed. Now, we wanted to book a room for that night so we could settle in after an exhausting 9-hour overnight drive. Should be simple, right? Wrong. The individual on the other end proceeded to tell me that they couldn't do that because we'd apparently be showing up 'too late' or 'too early' on the dawn of the 18th…..Even though we were willing to pay for that extra night, they claimed our reservation wouldn't be valid. Unbelievable!Jump forward to our arrival, and you'd think things would have improved. Nope. The lady at the front desk was the epitome of poor hospitality – rude, unaccommodating, and completely unsympathetic to our predicament. Her solution? Wait in our goddamn car till the 3pm check-in.Unwilling to live out some car-camping nightmare, we checked for alternate accommodations and, lo and behold, found a spectacular hotel just a 10-minute drive away. The staff there were angels compared to your lot, welcoming us in at around 9.30 am and completely empathetic to our situation.After this sorry experience, you can bet your bottom dollar that I'll never even consider setting foot in your location or any of your other establishments again. The incompetence displayed here was beyond the pale. Either you step your game up or continue losing customers.I’m

Mara and Lexi. who was at the front desk is a beautiful and very professional employee that made our experience here very pleasant... she was kind, pleasant,  knowledgeable and helpful. Thank you Mara and Lexi for being your personal best!😉

Customer service was amazing and rooms is extremely nice for the price. Indoor pool was a win for my child. Recommend for budget friendly vacation

This hotel looks nice, but is far from it. Let me start by saying, the front desk staff is great.The hotel though, not great.I’ve stayed here before and it was nice. But in the few years it’s been since I stayed here last, it’s gone down hill. The floors in the room were so dirty and had dead spiders in the corners. There were heavy layers of dust on all the lamps and the bed had a dent in one side of it that made sleeping impossible. The pillows were literally flat and there were crumbs on the back of the couch. It was just all very disappointing with the almost $600 I paid.

I recently stayed at the Country Inn & Suites in Stone Mountain, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service. The lobby was beautifully decorated. My room was spacious, immaculately clean, and offered stunning views of Stone Mountain. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the amenities provided were top-notch. Breakfast had the perfect variety. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a perfect blend of comfort and elegance.

Very nice hotel with a modern layout. My suite was large, bed comfortable and very clean. The room has a microwave and refrigerator…… very important to me. The staff was very nice as well. We enjoyed our stay here and would recommend this location.My only additional comment - the elevator dipped a few times which we were told was being addressed the following week. Please ensure it’s done. It’s not a nice feeling being in an elevator and jerks.

Friendly and efficient staff. Rooms were very attractive and clean. Appreciated having LVP flooringvs carpet. Bathrooms were exceptionally clean. Beds were comfortable. Room amenities (microwave, fridge, TV, etc) we're in good working order. WiFi was fast and reliable.My only issue was the soundproofing of the rooms... I truly think the folks next to us were rearranging furniture at 11pm. The saving grace is that it was New Year's Eve and by midnight they had settled down. However, if this been a "normal" evening, I probably would have asked  front desk to intervene.I would stay here again.Thanks for a good experience.

This night’s stay was a pleasant surprise. The staff could not have been more accommodating, the room was spacious, clean, and quiet. We will definitely look for more Country Inns by Raddison as we travel.

Tony and Randy are awesome! Great customer service with a smile 😃  he reminded me to put a smile on Thanksgiving day! They are both very warm people who are awesome hosts. My family and I felt welcomed. The room was clean, and the other staff were nice. Thank you guys!

It felt very sterile. Almost no personality in the rooms themselves. You could hear every other room around you pretty clearly and the vinyl floors made everything you say echo. The shower didn't get quite hot enough and the water pressure was really low. The room was hard to keep warm and the bed didn't actually come with a comforter, it was like sleeping under 2 top sheets and we were freezing no matter how high the temp went set in the room was. If you just need somewhere to put your bags and go to sleep at night then it's a perfectly acceptable hotel, if you plan on spending any time at all in your hotel, I probably would have picked somewhere else.

The staff were all nice, we were able to get an early check in. The kids had fun in the pool. Room was good except for the bathroom it's to small for the concept and shower doors only open on one side. Walls thin, pur kids got to spend time with cousins they haven't seen in6 years and the neighbor not only pounded on the wall she also watched them walk to the elevator. They were not overly loud and are kids. Our kids walked on egg shells the rest of our visit. Overall our stay was good and we would stay again.
